It’s not the weight of the load you’re carrying, you can probably handle more. It’s the way you’re carrying the weight.
Physically, technique is the first thing a good coach begins to correct in order to help you get the work done well. The better your technique, the more efficient you at finishing that work quickly and effectively.
Mentally, it’s similar. Fine tuning how you think is important! Creating some mindset skills is key to living life with emotion and momentum, not because of emotion and momentum.
I believe this is also true concerning your spirituality. You must choose what you believe and solidify your spiritual identity so you can live intentionally in this area of your life.
Ok, so how do you do this? How do you create this vision for your life for yourself with out just parroting what other people say or becoming an ideologue with under developed beliefs. The only way you can gain this clarity is to take what’s in your head and heart, and organize it by speaking about it and writing about it. That’s the way it works to be human. If you want to truly live what you say you believe in a powerful way you must do the work to define yourself.
Money, career, relationships, competition, maximizing your potential will require this work. Natural ability and talent has its limits. Even education has its limits. Do the work to establish your personal Idenity and your core values…. Then connect that to a great plan, getting motivated, setting proper goals habits and routines.
I think you are capable of more! Stop and reorganize, make adjustments in the way you carry the weight of your life and the weight of the people you are responsible for!
Hey, look at me. Stop beating yourself up for the past, you’re human, and give yourself some grace. If you have screwed up, do your best to fix it, ask for forgiveness, give forgiveness. Then you have to flush it and Keep Coming Forward!
