I think there are three components to casting a vision for your life.
One, establish a personal identity.
Two, understand what your core values are.
And three, connect that to a great routine.
It's just true, if you don't know who you are as an individual, then how can you know, how you fit in the future? How do you know how you fit in your family, team, and society? You got to have that understanding and it takes work to do that.
Second, values. It is also just true that all of us are trying to make our biggest choices and decisions based on our strongest beliefs, and that's core values. So what are your values? If I ask you to name those values, could you do it? And finally, how are you living that in your life? How you connected identity and values to your routine that's motivation, systems, habits, and goals?
The three things that you're going to need to re-aim your life every day to cast a vision for your life or a clear understanding of identity, values, and routine.
Get to work on that and keep coming forward.
